Wed:  OHS + push, pull, OHL + TTB finisher
Thurs: HPC, WB + Superman finisher
Fri: Core Work + Thruster, DU + hollow body
 finisher
Sat: Team Wod of KB, Row, TGU
Sun: No Open Gym
