For the purposes of CFV, you will need to find a partner for this. Once there are two of you, you both should register by clicking on the 31 Heroes widget at the top left of the CFV website. Then, you both will need to sign up on the announcement white board under a time. Wods will start every 45min on Saturday starting at 715a.

Partner A does Max Weighted Pushups (45/25#) while
Partner B holds Hanging L-sit
Switch on drop from bar and repeat so each partner does 2 sets of pushups
At the end of 3 rounds, subtract the total number of pushups from
236 and that's how many OHL (45/25#) need to be done.
Total OHL to be split between Partners as follows:
While Partner A holds plank, Partner B does OHL
Switch on drop from plank and repeat until total OHL complete
