On Nov. 5 2009 at 1:34 p.m., a terrorist named Major Nidal Hasan attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, TX. He killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others.

Paleo Challenge: GSOE Wk 6



Congratulations to everyone who partook in the challenge! I know this past week was a little more difficult for some due to the loss of power - but when life throws you lemons, you should always make unsweetened lemonade.

No need to go back and repost where you missed - I'll waive the requirement to post for the last week of the challenge. With that being said, you still need to get your body fat remeasured and redo the benchmark wod - so don't fall off the wagon just yet.

I am still planning on having the hydrostatic body fat testing and FGB tomorrow (Mon, 11/5) but as of 730p Sat, the box did not have power. Please check here and our facebook page for the latest updates (and pictures from the Garden State Open).
