Don't buy the gloves - they only increase the diameter of whatever you are holding and effectively make whatever you are holding harder to grip
So, how is scoring done? Also, how do you hold the barbell for part 2 of the round? Is it just in the top of the deadlift position? Will have to sub't HPC with a barbell for the Med balls. We don't have them at Crossfit W6!!
Scoring is total number of MBC (in your case I would substitute lunges instead of HPC), total number of KB swings, and total time.
