Can't complain at all since it was the first wash out since CFV started in June. 

If you haven't already done so, check the location page for our new meeting place starting the week after Labor Day (shooting for a Sept 8th opening).

    I thought Crossfit guys were strong enough to control the weather. Geese hearding for time?

    you're a mountain of a man roy. i instigated a staring contest with gregg the goose (pictured above) and lost miserably when he started to charge - i was lucky to escape with my life!
