Wed: 4th Annual 12 Days of Christmas Wod
Thurs: Rest Day (Box is closed)
Fri: SDL, Sprint
Sat: HSPU, WB, ASMU, Bear Complex AMRAP
Sun: 530p Open Gym w/ Arianna Hoffman, USAW Certified Coach
Final month of the strength program! We will be basing the next 4 weeks on 90% of your 1RM plus 10#. You will need 40%, 50%, 60%, 65%, 75%, 85% of your (90% + 10#) for this week.
