Mon: Team DL, DU, Rope Climb + flutter kick finisher
Tues:  Row, AMSU, Thrusters, Box Jumps, HSWU & WB
Wed:  SDLHP, OHS, KBS, Burpees, Rest + finisher
Thurs: TTB, TGU, Slam Ball
Fri: CF Games Open Workout 15.3

Sat: depends on Fri

Sun: 300p 15.3 retest!


Dress warm this week and don't forget to submit your scores before 730p Monday night!
