  1. Nice job staying strict everybody! The first week is the hardest so you should all be settling into a groove now.

    If you haven't registered for the Crossfit Open yet...I highly recommend you do! None of us are going to win it, but none of us (except for maybe Brendan or Rebekah) ever win 5Ks and yet we still sign up for them. This is a whole lot more fun than a 5K and I think you'll all surprise yourself with what you're capable of if you sign up! Read this link:
