    Love this WOD.

    Breakfast: 5eggwhites 1 full egg
    Lunch: Grilled chicken with spinach
    Dinner: Tandori Chicken with Mix salad
    Lots of water

    not such a fan of this wod.

    breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece turkey sausage
    lunch: 1 apple, 1 banana with sun butter
    dinner: sushi- 1 tuna handroll no rice, 2 salmon handrolls no rice, 1 yellowtail handroll no rice, 1 seaweed salad
    snacks: nuts, grapes.
