  1. Hey,Is that a weighted Jump rope? It's really something your rope doesn't even touch the floor. I just bought a Jump rope because of this post. I'm not ready to do this workout though. I'm not very coordinated with a jump rope. I practiced it for about 5 minutes today. I stopped many times to reset the rope after it hit my feet.Thank you!!!
