Mon: Repeat from a wod last week
Tues: Buy-in then decreasing ladder of K2E + MBC + ?
Wed: Ring Dips, DB Snatch, Row
Thurs: Lots of jump rope with Clean Complex every so often
Fri: GHD skill work then strict press + KB Swing AMRAP
Sat: DL @65% 1RM, Ball Slams, Box Jumps
Sun: Open Gym
