*If the wallballs in the first 4 rounds go unbroken, you do not have to complete the 5th round

    1. Hang on...I'm a little confused....I'm looking at everyone's posts...Foster and I just posted for what we ate today (Sunday), since we're at the end of the day. Are we meant to always be posting for the previous day, even though we're loggin' on at the end of the present day?

    2. Yes - post for the previous day (the date of the wod). Best bet would be to do it first thing the next morning so you don't forget.

  10. rx, but I had a non paleo meal. It was soy glazed pork, creme salmon, and half glass of sangria. I did skip the rice and dessert though!

  11. Rx from start till today....almost swallowed a brie and roasted apple tartlet ALMOST!!!! This is harder than I thought. Geesh!

  13. not strict with first cheat meals and drinks all in one shot. stayed within boundaries of what i can have for the week, but ended up being all in one shot. definitely ready for the new week.
