Mon: Muscle Up, DL, TTB, Row
Tues: Clean and Jerk, KB swings + WAMSU Finisher
Wed: Stairs, Burpees, MBC, Pullups + GHD Finisher
Thurs: Zercher Sq, WB, HSWU + Windmill Finisher
Fri: Strength: Heavy Thruster + Thruster complex + Pigeon/Couch Finisher

Sat: Please leave the parking lot open so we can do a Team Wod of Box Jump, TGU, Sled Push

Sun: Open Gym at 530p
