Tues: DB Snatch, Pushups, DU
Wed: TTB, Box Jumps, STO
Thurs: rope climbs, wallballs, SDL
Fri: Squat Cleans + EMOM

Sat: Team row, ball slam complex, HSPU

Sun: Open Gym at 530p
