  2. Day 18 - on a great path....the key to doing this is cooking! Although it takes time it's worth it. My husband actually told me I looked skinny this morning....that's like telling a girl she won the lottery ( well not really but you know what I mean :))))

  3. Day 18 - No cheat! Can't believe we're at day 18 already. Pat and I are definitely using a cheat meal for the second half of the superbowl (alcohol-wise, still going to stick with all-paleo food), but aside from that I'm feeling good for the next few weeks. When does this thing end?

  4. Day 18. Like what Meghan said, the challenge is going by pretty fast. The first week into the challenge was definitely the toughest part and then it got easier along the way.
