  2. No cheating for either of us yesterday. We made a sweet Paleo quiche for breakfast after the wod this morning. I will post the recipe later tonight. If anybody wants it, I can also post my chili recipe for the super bowl.

  3. Day 20 - went out to dinner and used a cheat meal. Had a few beers and desert but kept the rest of the meal paleo with steak and veges

  4. Day 20- 100% Paleo. Ran in the Longbranch 5K - windy on the boardwalk in February.
