Pendlay Row, at weight used last week
10 Box Jumps, 30/24”

Finisher: Max Hang with left arm, right arm, 2 finger, hang w/ scapular pullups

      pushups got a little sloppy towards the end... my arms were to wide, but I did it none the less.

    Breakfast: Eggs in Pepper and Salmon
    Snack: 1 Lara Bar 1 Date
    Lunch: 4 Turkey slider patties with string beans
    Snack: 1 Apple and 37 Blueberries
    Dinner: Another tasty treat from Tatyana: hrimp scampi on a bed spaghetti squash with kale.
    Lots of Water
    1 coconut raw water
