  1. Last week was an awful week eating wise- stress got the better of me and I was unable to plan meals accordingly. Trying to get back on the band wagon this week. Safe to say, I'm out of the running for the challenge! Looking forward to seeing some good results in the WOD, however. Feeling stronger which is exciting! Good luck to everybody- remember 100% paleo 80% of the time provides a great balance.
