I loved the WOD today!!!!!! One of my favorite!!!!
Strict Adherence Everyday!!!!! Breakfast: 1 larabar, 3 boiled eggs, 1 apple Snack: 7 almonds, 4 walnuts Lunch: Left over Dinner, Shrimp with squash, yummy Snack: 1 Coconut water Raw, 1 date Dinner: Turkey kabobs, sweet potato home fries and tomato/avocado/cucumber and onion salad. Ate too much.
