10, 8, 6 DB Row (+ weight as reps decrease)

3x 12 DB Row (+ 5-10# each set)

  2. Strict Adherence EVERYDAY!!! :) few more days left :)

    Breakfast: 1 Turkey slider with 3 boiled eggs and 1 Lara bar
    Snack: 8 almonds and 3 walnuts, 8 raisins.
    Lunch: Cuban style, grilled chicken and steak with avocado
    Snack: 1 Apple, 1 date and another larabar (before wod)
    Dinner: Roman style chicken.
    Lots of Water
    1 Coconut water RAW
