Sunday Outline 2/3-2/9

Mon: Power  Cleans (Wk 2/6) + Thruster Finisher
Tues: Box Jumps and Pendlay Rows + Pullup Work (Wk 3)
Wed: Airdyne Buy-in or Wallball Buy-in with Squat Snatches
Thurs: No barbell + Pullup Work (Wk 3)
Fri: DL, TGU, Row
Sat: T2B, PP AMRAP
Sun: Open Gym at 545p!

  1. Well that wasn't as bad as it could have been. We both had exceptions today. Being at the game made it extremely tough. We had some Italian sausage and peppers but the environment was not very conducive to eating it without the bread... So we are it on the bread it was served in. I had 2 beers. A manly cider was not readily available. Sofia had a soda.
    This was a once in a lifetime event for us and all things considered I think we did pretty well.

    Do I call this a cheat meal or does this still fit in the line with an "allowance"?
    Either way back in it first thing tomorrow and for the remainder of the challenge.

    Ps. EPIC FAIL by NJ transit. We spent just as much time waiting for trains and screening to get on the trains as we did at the stadium.

  2. Strict Adherence Everyday!!! :)

    Breakfast: Delicious Eggs done in Peppers with Turkey meatballs
    Snack: Blueberries - 1 lara bar
    Lunch: More Turkey Meatballs with cauliflower mashe and string beans
    Snack: 1 Date, 20 pistachios
    Dinner: Wings, Guacamole with peppers, sweet potato chips, Devil's egg Yummy!!!
    Lots of Water
    1 Coconut Raw Water.

  4. Strict. Unless of course you don't count the two pints of Ben and Jerry's Half Baked, the four cinnabuns, the order of disco fries, and an entire baked zitti stuffed pizza, with three calzones that I ate. Other than that, yeah Super strict today. (thats was a dream I had last night)
