  2. So when are we doing the benchmark WOD, from JAN 15th? While, many have made impressive milestones in weight loss and awesome changes in their physiques, I think the results of the benchmark will quantify this challenge moreover any measurement.

  4. Woo Hoo!!!

    Results are in.
    231 down from 247 for a total of 16 lbs.

    I lost many inches all over but here are my measurements required.

    Waist- 37.5 down from 42.5 = 5 inches!
    Waist at Butt- 43 down from 47 = 4 inches!

    My height didn't change =( and is still 6 ft even.

    What dates were the benchmark wods because I am very interested to see how I improved in those. I feel like I have been doing immensely better WODs this month!

    1. hahahaha, your height! thats funny man. Impressive measurements Daniel! Thats great. The BM WOD was on the 15th of JAN.. Look back in older posts, you'll see it there. I heard through the grape vine that we are doing the final BM WOD (the same one) next week. Good luck!
