  3. At the same wedding in New Orleans...made it through the day paleo style with cajun shrimp and alligator sausage...but lost the battle when I got to the reception...excessive wine consumption. Can't promise to get back on track til I board the plane Sunday morning.

  4. I was doing extremely good...up until today. Had the longest event ever and ended up eating what was closest to me strictly out of pure hunger. I've always packed my lunch box but it didn't get carried from the kitchen today. Had some barbecue pulled pork. Wasn't paleo because it was made with brown sugar and molasses. And also had a chocolate ganache brownie. Tomorrow/today will be another long event. Sunday 12pm till Monday 1 am of being surrounded by pure non paleo food. It will be another day, but a possible pure paleo one.
