CFV closed today. Tomorrow isn't looking good either - we need power to wod safely. But keep checking back here and on FB for schedule updates.

15sec Hollow Body Hold
10 Burpees Over Something, 16/8"
(Find something to burpee next to and jump over it)
5 HSWU
