  1. Day 9 adhered....I attempted to make the paleo protein bars but they tasted awful so I threw them out. I will look for some better treats to share with everyone.

    1. Need to reneg - just found out that clam chowder is mostly cream. (I honestly didn't know what it consisted of). Stinks to lose a cheat meal like that but it is what it is.

  3. Day 9 no cheating. I feel like I'm eating way too many eggs. Any good ideas for breakfast other than eggs?
