Day 9 adhered....I attempted to make the paleo protein bars but they tasted awful so I threw them out. I will look for some better treats to share with everyone.
Need to reneg - just found out that clam chowder is mostly cream. (I honestly didn't know what it consisted of). Stinks to lose a cheat meal like that but it is what it is.
Meghan and I were good again yesterday. Those damn girl scout cookie order forms are popping up all over the place. I could go for some thin mints (but I won't).

Delete...I'm a traditionalist like that...and I typically eat my breakfast in a cafeteria which limits the options.
