  1. Day 16 no cheat. I was not wasting time at work constantly checking your site waiting for the update post for the day. But I definitely feel like I have a lot more energy than I used to, usually after WODs I'm practically beat and falling asleep within two hours, now I still have the energy move around after the WOD. The only downside I'm seeing as that I'm super sensitive to sugar, eating an apple or a pear just gives me a stomach ache.
