  2. Day 13 - ate paleo and ate well! Had some delicious paleo bread and paleo protein spheres to help during my morning classes!

  3. Meghan and I continued our streak yesterday. We had plain burgers with no bun and even threw away the fries. What a travesty.

  4. Day 13: Tried my best to stay on track. Came down with a terrible head cold and really had no energy or interest in nutrition. Hopefully the weekend will bring me back to life. Will be back to the gym on Tuesday.

  5. Day 13, no cheat. Had to once again think of a way to not be "that girl" when I had dinner last night. I just hope they don't think I'm crazy by convincing them that I'm not on a diet because I want to be.

    1. just explain that it's not a diet in the traditional gimmicky weight loss sense that they are used to - it's just the way you eat: as organic and minimally processed as possible!
