    Progenix Recovery Drink + almond flower cookie
    Apple + 1date + 2cashews + 5 almonds
    Grilled shrimp and steak + spinach
    Grilled Chicken + sweet potatoes
    Watermelon ... delicious !!!!
    Lots of Water

  2. okay so challenge is over and you are a little behind in posting wods so i am going to post here for last days.
    7/26- strict adherence
    7/27- food strict adherence, one drink allowance
    7/28- one paleo treat (square of 86% dark chocolate)

    DONE- now i have to lose the 4lbs i gained on this 6 week challenge.
