10, 8, 6, 10+ Bent Over Row (+ weight as reps decrease, - weight last set)
5+ Pullups
5,4,4,4 Pullups w/ negatives (5sec descent)
3x 12 Bent Over Row (+ 10-20# each set)

ReplyDeleteStrict as hell today.. Was glad that the WOD was posted early. Due to the lack of equipment needed for today's WOD, I was able to knock it out in my garage here at home. Was feeling guilty that I wasn't going to make it to the BOX today, but low and behold the WOD was a perfect at-home WOD.
