  3. Strict Adherence WD30 :) EVERYDAY!!

    Breakfast: Turkey and Boiled Eggs
    Snack 1: Apple and 10 almonds
    Lunch: Grilled Chicken and greens
    Snack 2: 3 raisins and 3 half walnuts
    Dinner: Yummy!!!! Chicken with lots of Vegetables, loved it.

  5. WOOPS. Also, didn't see a whole lot of people posting measurements, but the rules state to do so. I will post mine now. I don't think they have changed much since monday, so it should still be an accurate reading for the initial measurement.
    Thursday Jan 16th my Measurements are:
    34" waist
    35.75" Hips
    5' 7" Tall
    193 LBS
    15.99% Body fat

    1. Hey Amanda (and anyone else)- If you need a quick easy way to get measurements and do not have a tape measure, just get a belt and use this website: http://www.ginifab.com/feeds/cm_to_inch/actual_size_ruler.html
      Measure your waist and hips, use a pencil to mark off the lengths, then just put the belt up to the screen on the site listed above. Move the belt across the screen until you reach your pencil marks. voila
