  3. Strict Adherence WD30 :) EVERYDAY!!

    Breakfast: Turkey patties and yummy mashed stuff with avocado (leftovers)
    Snack 1: 10 almonds
    Lunch: Chicken with cabbage (leftovers)
    Snack 2: 10 grapes
    Dinner: Chopped salad of all the vegetables in existence with not so tasty chicken and one sweet potatoe
