Completed the following in 30min:

1st 15min:
30 Burpee into T2B buy-in then:
amrap in remaining time of:
30 box jumps, 24/20
30 DL @ 50% 1rm
followed immediately by

2nd 15min:
1mile buy in (800x2) then
max 400m hill sprints
At 30min mark:
30-6x(max hill sprints)= lengths of 10' bear crawls

    Breakfast: coffee with coconut oil, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, yellow pepper, avocado
    Snack: apple
    Lunch: Paleo Turkey chilli
    Snack: Carrot and broccoli
    Dinner: Chicken cutlets, green beans with garlic/lemon/olive oil, tomatoe
    Water

  2. Semi Strict Adherence - (had last of my progenex drink early am)

    Breakfast: Ground Turkey - Boiled Eggs
    Snack 1: Apple
    Lunch: Chicken with Spinach + Raw Coconut water
    Snack 2: Orange + 10 almonds
    Dinner: Oysters + Mussels + Veal
    Lots of Water
    EVERYDAY!

  6. just figured out where to post...strict adherence except for a peanut butter (organic) sandwich on organic whole wheat bread and bowl of grape nuts in the morning...from this point on I will only list "cheat" meals if applicable

  7. WOOPS. Also, didn't see a whole lot of people posting measurements.. But, the rules state to do so. I will post mine now. I don't think they have changes much since monday, so It should still be an accurate reading for the initial measurement.
    So Thursday Jan 16th my Measurements are:
    34" waist
    35.75" Hips
    5' 7" Tall
    193 LBS
    15.99% Body fat
