Deletejust figured out where to post...strict adherence except for a peanut butter (organic) sandwich on organic whole wheat bread and bowl of grape nuts in the morning...from this point on I will only list "cheat" meals if applicable
ReplyDeleteWOOPS. Also, didn't see a whole lot of people posting measurements.. But, the rules state to do so. I will post mine now. I don't think they have changes much since monday, so It should still be an accurate reading for the initial measurement.
