Partner A: 4x (1 Power Snatch+ 2 OHS), @60%1RM OHS (timekeeper)
Partner B: Max Farmers Carry, 55/35#

Pullup work (Week 1):

0-5 pullups
4x 8 Assisted Pullups
3x 10, 8, 6 DB Row (+ weight as reps decrease)

5+ pullups
5x 3 Weighted Pullups (same weight)
3x 12 DB Row (+ weight each set)

  2. Hey Amanda (and anyone else)- If you need a quick easy way to get measurements and do not have a tape measure, just get a belt and use this website: http://www.ginifab.com/feeds/cm_to_inch/actual_size_ruler.html
    Measure your waist and hips, use a pencil to mark off the lengths, then just put the belt up to the screen on the site listed above. Move the belt across the screen until you reach your pencil marks. voila

    1. Much like peanuts or soy beans, Edamame is actually a legume. So if you're trying to go full Paleo, then no, edamame is out of the Paleo guidelines. However, You may want to ask Leo, for his specifics for this challenge. Just thought I'd fill you in with some general Paleo knowledge for yourself. ;)

    Breakfast: Grilled Chicken and Boiled Eggs
    Snack 1: Apple
    Lunch: Chicken, Lamp and Shrimp Skewers with Green salad (no dressing)
    Snack 2: 10 almonds
    Dinner: Yummy!!!! Turkey patties with Kale Salad and yummy mashed stuff.. loved it.
