ReplyDeleteHey Amanda (and anyone else)- If you need a quick easy way to get measurements and do not have a tape measure, just get a belt and use this website: http://www.ginifab.com/feeds/cm_to_inch/actual_size_ruler.html
ReplyDeleteMeasure your waist and hips, use a pencil to mark off the lengths, then just put the belt up to the screen on the site listed above. Move the belt across the screen until you reach your pencil marks. voila

ReplyDeleteMuch like peanuts or soy beans, Edamame is actually a legume. So if you're trying to go full Paleo, then no, edamame is out of the Paleo guidelines. However, You may want to ask Leo, for his specifics for this challenge. Just thought I'd fill you in with some general Paleo knowledge for yourself. ;)
