    1. Don't know if you shop at whole foods, but grandmas chicken soup is AWESOME. They make it hot there on site and there is no noodles.. check it out and FEEL BETTER!

    2. Will do. We r both down right now and won't be going out. We have progresso in the pantry but we won't be eating it... It's full of noodles and other not so clean ingredients. We will definitely check it out at some point though.

  2. Strict Adherence Everyday!!! :) and I wish I have arms like GIO!!!!

    Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and LaraBar
    Snack: 13 almonds and 1 date
    Lunch: Delicious left over from Dinner. Chicken, Cauliflower and Beets.
    Snack: Pear, 5 half walnuts
    Dinner: Duck with Cabbage Salad and Sweet potatoes (duck not so good)
    Lots of Water
    1 Coconut water
